Assisted in developing three solutions during the CrowdStrike outage on July 19th across all 13 floors of DSS/HRA at the World Trade Center, ensuring recovery for approximately 2,500 PCs alongside a 10-member team.
Provided comprehensive technical support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, while conducting system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and special projects to optimize IT infrastructure and ensure seamless operations for end-users.
Managed user access and permissions through Azure’s Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), ensuring appropriate levels of access based on job roles and security policies.
Implemented security policies within Azure to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, conducting periodic audits of user access and application provisioning.
Configured Azure Conditional Access policies to secure application access based on device compliance and user risk, enhancing overall system security and preventing unauthorized access.
